General Motors is recalling its Chevrole Optra Vehicles for their headlamp switch overheating that could cause a fire.

General Motors is recalling certain model year 2004-2008 Chevrolet Optra vehicles. In the affected vehicles there may be heat generated in the headlamp switch or daytime running light (DRL) module and the heat could melt the headlamp switch or the DRL module.
If the heat generated within the headlamp switch and DRL module located on the left side of the steering column melts the headlamp switch or DRL module, it increases the risk of a vehicle fire.
